Refund Policy

At Autologue Design we strive to keep our customers happy. We do this by making sure all our products go through an intense quality check. All our products are also made to order, thus the time line for each product is a minimum of 10-12 working days before it is shipped out.

In any service there are slight chances of human error, in that case we will take full responsibility and help you out as much as we can.
In case a customer has the need to cancel/replace an order for any given reason, the below conditions will be applied-


  • Any order can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of order
  • Any order cancelled after 5 days of order date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee
  • An email will have to be sent to with your order number and reason for cancellation, with a subject saying ‘Order cancellation’


  • An order can only be requested to be replaced if it is damaged physically
  • You will need to ship the order back to us, the team will inspect the order and keep you notified on approval or rejection of the replacement


30 days after an order is placed, if for any reason our team is unable to reach you or you are unable to clear your balance your order will automatically be cancelled after our third attempt. 
All our products are made to order, for this reason the advance paid shall not be returned as the manufacturing process for the order is underway as soon as the order is placed.

Pre orders and Pre order bookings

Pre-orders are defined as a booking made on a product in its conceptual stage. All our pre-order products are launched on Social Media with a render, there is no prototype made for it while we start taking pre orders.

  • An advance amount has to be paid towards your booking
  • This advance is non refundable, since it is in the category of pre-order
