Cancellations and Refunds

Ordering, cancellation, refund, replace policy of Autologue products:
At Autologue Design we strive to keep our customers delighted with our products far exceeding their expectations. We do this by offering designs which are unique and address their wildest of aspirations. All our products go through rigorous quality checks and PDI before being shipped to our customers.

Autologue products can be ordered on our website or on Amazon

  • Products are also sold through direct retail orders for which customers need to pay 50% advance along with order confirmation
  • The balance amount is to be paid before shipment
  • Attractive discounts and dealer margins are offered for bulk orders by dealers or biker groups on case to case basis

However in the event of a customer having a need to cancel/replace an order or a pre-order for any given reason, the below conditions will apply -

Order Cancellation and Refund before shipment:

  • Any order/pre-order can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of order without any charges. Advance amount received in such cases will be refunded
  • Any order cancelled after 24 hours will be charged 50% cancellation fee of the total product value. As such the advance received will stand forefieted
  • Products are normally shipped to customers within a fortnight of receiving their order and advance. In the event of undue delay in shipment beyond 30 days by Autologue the customer will have the option of cancelling the order and claiming refund of the advance amount paid. This condition will however not be applied in case the customer delays payment of the pending balance amount required to be paid before the parts ordered by him can be shipped
  • For all cancellations an email will have to be sent to with the order number/phone number while registering and reason for cancellation

Order Cancellation and Refund is not applicable on Pre-Orders of Body Kits or Bike Accessories.

Replacement after delivery:

  • An order can only be requested to be replaced if it is damaged physically or has quality/ fitment issues.
  • Pictures of the damaged part(s) will need to be shared within 24 hours of delivery
  • Autologue team will examine the replacement request and will respond within 48 hours of receiving details from the customerThe customer will be requested to ship back the damaged part for free replacement in case the damage is attributable to a genuine quality issue or to transportation/ packaging
