At Autologue Design we strive to keep our AL Family happy. We do this by making sure all our products go through an intense quality check. In any service there are slight chances of human error, in that case, we will take full responsibility and help you out as much as we can. In case a customer has the need to cancel, replace or needs a refund, for any given reason, the below conditions will be applied -

  • Any order can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of order
  • Any order cancelled after 5 days of order date will be charged a 50% fee
  • An email will have to be sent to enquiry@autologuedesign.com with your order number and reason for cancellation
  • An order can only be requested to be replaced if it is damaged physically
  • You will need to ship the order back to us, the team will inspect the order and keep you notified on approval or rejection of the replacement
  • A refund is applicable only if the order has not reached you within 30 days from the date of order
  • The refund will be transferred back to you via your original payment method
